Microvolume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
The NanoQ Series incorporates array-type spectrophotometer technology using a Xenon lamp and a CMOS linear image sensor (2,048 pixels), enabling rapid measurement of broadband absorption spectra from the ultraviolet to the visible range (190–850 nm) within seconds.
The NanoQ Plus model provides pedestal and cuvette measuring mode, but the NanoQ does not.
It provides various algorithms for spectral analysis, including peak and valley detection.
More than 20 measurement modes can be easily configured, including nucleic acids (dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA), proteins (Lysozyme, BSA, IgG), and OD600 measurements.
NanoQ Series features K LAB’s proprietary 4-point optical path design, ensuring exceptional accuracy and enhanced data reliability.
4-Point Optical Path System
By dynamically optimizing the optical path length (1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.1 mm, and 0.03 mm), the system provides accurate measurements across a wide concentration range while maintaining consistent data quality.
Sample Compression Technology
Creates a uniform ultra-thin liquid film between quartz surfaces for optimized light transmission and precise measurement.
