Measurement Principle

✔  Continuous UV illumination using a dedicated LED light source

✔  Detection of UV absorbance by dissolved target compounds

✔  Measurement of transmitted light intensity using a sealed silicon photodiode

✔  Concentration measurement using UV wavelengths (260–360 nm), independent of visible color variations.

High-Precision Inline UV Measurement System

Designed for inline process monitoring, the system provides accurate concentration measurement with excellent reproducibility and linearity.

During measurement, a reference-channel photodiode (PD) continuously monitors the light source intensity and compensates for output fluctuations, ensuring high accuracy and long-term stability.

 

The dedicated LED light source offers a lifetime exceeding 10,000 hours, supporting reliable long-term operation.
